Summary
For further information please refer to the job description and person specification As subject-matter expert, shaping and defining the Trust digital training needs, based on best practice and emerging digital training requirements. Embedding Artificial Intelligence and other new technologies in support of our digital training offer. As a subject-matter expert, contributing to the Trusts approach to the use of applications including OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint, Planner and Copilot. Interpreting and defining training needs based on organisational and digital strategic and operational goals and objectives. Working with key stakeholders across every Division in analysing training needs across a diverse group of staff, identifying skills gaps. Designing and creating innovative and engaging training materials, including courses, presentations, handouts, guides, tip sheets and online modules. Designing and delivering tailored training programmes in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Forms).
