Summary
Contract Type: As & when Job Shifts: Night shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Monday to Sunday Salary: Marie Curie Pay Scale Band 2 (aligned with AFC), £12.71 per hour, plus nighttime enhancements Location: Community-based in Lincolnshire covering Boston, Grantham and Lincoln What we are looking for: Relevant recent experience providing care in a Health or Social Care Environment, including caring for patients at the end of life. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (preferred, not required). Be person-centred and compassionate when caring for the person and those important to them. Ability to develop and evaluate care management plans that meet the complex needs of the person, and those important to them. Emotional resilience and the capacity to work independently. You must possess a valid driving license, have access to a car, and be willing to drive up to 25 miles.
