Summary
To visit patients and their loved ones in LTHTR, responding to referrals for spiritual, religious and pastoral care in a timely and appropriate manner To facilitate & deliver pastoral and religious care to all staff patients/visitors, as appropriate. This includes providing religious care for others according to the wishes of the person e.g. referring to the appropriate faith chaplain when need be
