This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role as Leadership Developer as part of a large-scale multi-partner change project – ‘InFrame’ (Inclusive Framework for Research Leadership). Housed within the Research Culture & Researcher Development portfolio at the University of Glasgow, the post-holder will work within a cross-university partnership (working with the Universities of Edinburgh and St Andrews) and play a key role in the delivery of a research culture enhancement project funded by Wellcome. Through this they will support each partner university’s ambitions to foster a positive research culture. This is an opportunity for an experienced development professional to deliver this important project, and additionally to share best practice in research culture enhancement for the development of a sector level approach.
Working closely with the InFrame Project Manager and Leadership Developer at Glasgow, the postholder will work closely with Research Culture Leads, Research Culture communities and networks, and project stakeholders across all three universities ensuring seamless coordination of the InFrame Toolkit. They will operate authoritatively, influencing the strategic direction of the Leadership Development toolkit as well as being responsible for operational delivery.
