We are looking for a reliable and highly organised Weekend Dispatch Operative to join our operations team.
This is a key role within the business, ensuring that all weekend dispatch coordinated efficiently
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating and dispatching efficiently
Handling product effectively in warehouse and loading
Updating internal systems with accurate job and delivery information
Liaising with warehouse staff, and management
Escalating any operational issues as required
Maintaining high service standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Good IT skills and confidence using dispatch/transport systems
Previous dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
A proactive and team-focused attitude
