Personal Assistant Needed for Young Lady with Mental Health Needs
Are you compassionate, patient, and experienced in mental health awareness? We are looking for a caring Personal Assistant (PA) to support a young lady who values kindness and understanding.
About the Role:
You will assist with daily living tasks, gently prompting and encouraging self-care such as eating, washing, and maintaining routines. The ideal candidate will be sensitive to mental health challenges and able to provide calm, reassuring support.
Roles and Responsibilities
Supporting personal care routines (reminders for meals, hygiene, etc.)
Encouraging and supporting participation in social activities
Providing emotional support with patience and empathy
Assisting with hobbies and interests like reading and crafts.
Specific Requirements
Experience or strong awareness of mental health issues
A caring, calming, and patient personality
Good communication skills and ability to build trust gradually
Reliable and understanding with a gentle approach.

Micro Provider & Self Employed PA's Rate of Pay (£/per hour)15.60
Hours Per Week6
How will the hours be used3 hours on a Saturday and Sunday. Times to be discussed, an element of flexibility to employer and employee will be considered.
