About the Role
We are recruiting a Nurse Unit Manager (RGN/RMN) to support the daily operations of a care home. In this leadership role, you will work closely with nurses and carers to ensure consistent, high-quality care for residents. Your focus will be on maintaining excellent care standards and actively contributing to the delivery of person-centred services.
Reports to: Home Manager
Skills and Attributes
Proven experience as a senior nurse within a nursing home
Valid NMC pin
Strong knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving or working towards Outstanding.
Excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, external professionals, families, and visitors.
Team player with coaching and mentoring abilities.
Skilled in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Enthusiasm and passion for developing outstanding care services.
Ability to actively contribute to the growth and development of the care service.
