Summary
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and a safe, welcoming environment for residents. You will:
Lead, develop, and inspire the staff team
Drive quality improvements and maintain regulatory compliance
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners
Oversee budgets, occupancy, and service performance
Promote a positive culture supporting resident wellbeing and dignity
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong and visible leadership to the staff team
Ensure the highest standards of residential and dementia care
Maintain full compliance with CQC requirements and internal policies
Manage staffing, rota planning, recruitment, and training
Oversee budgets, occupancy, and service performance
Foster a positive, resident-focused culture
About You:
Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional care
Level 5 Health & Social Care (or working towards) desirable
