The Role
As a Day RGN, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standard of nursing care throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include medication management, clinical assessments, care planning, and providing leadership to the night care team.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
A Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
Confident in clinical decision‑making
Compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional care
Experienced in elderly care (desired but not essential)
