We're looking for a talented CNC Operator to join our skilled team, ensuring that all products meet exacting standards and are produced in a timely manner.
Your Role:
* Operate CNC Milling machines to manufacture high-precision components.
* Load and unload parts, ensuring correct handling and placement.
* Conduct quality inspections of parts using micrometers, Vernier calipers, and other gauges.
* Work from engineering drawings, adhering to BS/ISO standards.
* Collaborate closely with the Team Leader and Quality Departments to meet project deadlines.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience with 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC Milling machines is essential.
* Experience with Multi-Axis CNC Lathes would be advantageous.
* Strong ability to interpret and work to Engineering drawings.
* Ability to follow planned schedules with minimal supervision.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Reliability and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
