Summary

Senior Education Recruitment Consultant – KPI Education

Location: Central Manchester
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 basic (DOE & billing history) + Uncapped Monthly Commission

Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant ready for more autonomy, influence and financial reward?

KPI Education is expanding and we are seeking an ambitious, commercially astute Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester office.

This role is designed for an experienced biller — ideally with a background in education recruitment or proven experience selling directly into schools.

Who Are KPI Education?

KPI Education is a specialist, nationwide education recruitment consultancy focused exclusively on long-term and permanent placements.

We are not a daily supply agency driven by volume. Our model is relationship-led and quality-focused. We specialise in placing Graduate Teaching Assistants, Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators into long-term and permanent roles.

The Senior Role

This is a high-impact position offering autonomy and responsibility.

You will:

  • Develop and grow a high-performing desk within your region


  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with secondary schools


  • Generate new business opportunities


  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle


  • Mentor junior consultants where appropriate


  • Contribute to regional growth strategy


  • Drive revenue performance with full ownership of your billing


    You will have the opportunity to shape your market while benefiting from strong brand positioning and national infrastructure.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in education recruitment OR


    • Demonstrable experience selling directly into schools


    • Strong billing history


    • Commercial awareness and resilience


    • Ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships


    • Strategic mindset and ambition to progress


      This role suits individuals who are confident managing their own desk and ready to step into a senior-level environment.

      What We Offer

      • £30,000 – £45,000 basic salary (dependent on experience and billing history)
