Summary
Job Title: Deputy Head of Region – North West.

Hours: Full Time, 36 hours per week
Job Status: Permanent
Location: Home based – with expectation of travel within area (North West of England), and nationally where required.
Salary: £58,308.29

Reporting to the Head of Region, North, this post is required to fully understand the breadth of Skills for Care’s portfolio and engage with employers to communicate Skills for Care activity, gather employer feedback and ensure this is embedded within the organisation’s practice and plans following matrix management methodology. The postholder is required to manage and coordinate work of a team of Locality Managers to ensure employer engagement is achieved in a consistent and efficient manner.
