What will the Assistant Accountant role involve?
• Contributing to the production of accurate financial reports and ensuring balanced accounts through careful reconciliation of bank statements and fixed assets.
• Supporting credit control processes by nurturing positive customer relationships to ensure timely payments.
• Assisting with month-end activities, including checking balances, preparing accruals, and prepayments.
• Collaborating closely with the Accounts Payable team to meet tight deadlines and high standards.
• Supporting ad hoc finance duties as part of a flexible, dedicated team working towards continuous improvement and professional development.
Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Accountant vacancy:
• Experience within a similar finance or accounting role, demonstrating confidence in reconciliations and month-end procedures.
