Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for a Gas Engineer Service to join our talented heating team and be based in Solihull, East Birmingham, Warwick and the surrounding area, servicing our homes here.
What could you be doing?
From completing Landlord Gas Safety records to basic repairs, we need you to help us keep our homes up to temperature.
The role is varied, and no two days are the same! It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you'll have the support of a great team!
Working for Platform Property Care you will benefit from
-Basic salary of up to £38,956 per annum
-OTE additional average earnings of £1,500 per annum from OOH rota
-25 days holiday(+8 bank holidays) with the opportunity to buy additional 5 days leave.
-Pension contribution scheme with employer contributions of up to 12% (inclusive of life assurance and dependent on employee contributions)
-PPC Van + Fuel Card

We want somebody who can:
A team player, you'll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You'll be working in people's homes, so you'll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills. You'll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service.
Some things we need from you
-Sound experience and be ACS qualified with CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CEN1 (or CENWAT), and CPA1.
-NVQ Level 2 Plumbing/ Heating/ Ventilation is essential.
-You will be a good communicator and be able to work well with customers and other trades.
-Full driving Licence
-As you will be working within Customer's homes this role requires a DBS check.
There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota as required.
This role is for a team covering our properties in Solihull, East Birmingham, Warwick and the surrounding areas so you will need to live here.
