Summary

Job Summary (Receptionist / Care Navigator) An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the reception and care navigation team at Dunsville Medical Centre, Doncaster. You will provide face-to-face and telephone support to our patients, working alongside our friendly reception, administrative and clinical teams to ensure patients receive the best possible experience. The ideal candidate will have a wider knowledge (or happy to learn) of general practice and the associated administrative roles. Main Duties of the Job The primary responsibilities of this role include: Providing care navigation, including assisting patients to access the most appropriate service. Booking appointments, managing triage requests and guiding patients through practice processes. Processing repeat prescription requests and handling general patient enquiries. Carrying out general office and administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning and dealing with incoming correspondence. Supporting the wider reception and clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
