Summary
Title: Senior Programme Officer - West Midlands

Contract type: 12 month Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: 5 days per week (37.5 Hours) Worked between Monday- Friday
Salary: Grade 4 £29,680 - £32,099 FTE salary, (5% employer pension contribution,
Medicash and group life assurance, 27 days annual leave per annum for FTE plus
bank holidays)
Location: Based in the West Midlands and contracted from one of our Birmingham offices, with some flexibility to work from home, subject to business requirements and line manager approval. Travel across RTS programme delivery as required.
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expert organisational and people skills who will be the reliable, positive, “go-to” person for our Education programmes in West Midlands, playing a pivotal role in supporting high quality local programme delivery and fostering positive relationships with external partners and agencies.
As a Senior Programme Officer, you will play an integral role in supporting staff in the West Midlands programme to deliver a high quality programme with maximum impact. You will be required to support the local communities through both the discovery and delivery phases of the Cradle to Career programmes. There will be additional responsibilities for the delivery of key work streams.
