Summary
Role: Early Years Practitioner
Job Type: Full-Time, TERM-TIME, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week based on shift patterns between 8am-6pm
Salary: £30,000/year pro-rata
Marylebone Services are working with a well-regarded and unique nursery based in King Cross, London who are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be someone enthusiastic, kind, and is committed to deliver outstanding high-quality childcare. Someone who is self-motivated and can inspire others, constantly looking to develop and improve.
Key responsibilities:
• To plan and supervise a range of outings for the children
• Work closely with parents and create trusting relationships with all families.
• To work as part of a team to effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in the setting are met
• To maintain accurate records of key children’s development and learning journeys
• To ensure good standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness and maintained at all times
Requirements:
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursery setting
• Understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding & EYFS
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
• Computer Literate
