Summary

Extra Care Manager
Salary: £35,360 – £38,486

Full Time: 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday (Position operates Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings for special projects/events.)

Job Profile
This is a very exciting position for a Scheme Manager to take overall responsibility for the leadership, performance and compliance of our Extra Care service in Telford.

You will ensure the service meets and exceeds regulatory standards.

You will work in partnership with our on site care provider ( a contractor), housing colleagues, local authorities, families and health professionals.

You will create a safe, vibrant and supportive environment where residents can thrive. This will include mobilising our on site Bistro service, which you will bring in house and recruit internal staff to deliver a hot meal service for both residents, and the local community in Lightmoor.

Candidate Profile

You will be a confident and compassionate leader with:

Previous management experience within adult social care (please refer to person specification)
Strong understanding of social housing, health & safety and CQC regulatory requirements
Experience working with older people
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Sound financial and operational management experience
