Summary
Manchester West – Registered Care Manager (Launch Opportunity)
Registered Care Manager – Sale (M33)
Salary: £37,000–£40,000
Bonus: £4,000–£5,000 performance bonus (linked to client growth)
Start: ASAP – ideally by end of March
Azon Core is recruiting on behalf of a brand-new domiciliary care franchise launching in Manchester West.
Although this is a new local office, the service operates under an established, nationally recognised franchise model with a strong reputation, proven systems, and CQC track record across the UK — offering both stability and growth potential from day one.
This is a genuine build opportunity — not a turnaround.
You will work closely with the franchise owner to:
• Lead CQC registration and regulatory compliance
• Recruit, induct and develop your care team
• Establish operational systems and standards
• Build referral pathways with local authorities and private networks
• Drive early-stage client growth
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care from the outset
Initially, the role will be hands-on and commercially focused. As the service grows to around 30 clients, it will transition into a more structured operational leadership position with additional office support.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has Registered Manager experience OR is a strong Deputy/Care Manager ready to step up
• Holds (or is working towards) Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care
• Understands CQC frameworks and inspection readiness
• Is commercially aware and motivated to grow a service
• Is a driver (essential)
• Lives within 30 minutes of Sale (M33)
Package includes:
• Company car from year two (performance dependent)
• Paid on-call initially (£50 per weekend day until Care Coordinator is hired)
This role will suit someone ambitious — someone who wants ownership, influence, and the opportunity to build a high-performing service properly from the ground up, backed by an established national framework.
