Summary
Are you bored, fed-up, not appreciated in your current role?
You can improve your outlook with one simple call to Homes Instead, Welwyn & Hatfield office. The Financial Times has just recognised us as one of the top three employers in the UK. We gained this recognition by understanding that our staff deserve the very best training, encouragement and respect, and we endeavour to improve their well being at every opportunity.
Before we progress, please review the essentials below so we can screen your application correctly:
1) Do you live in any of these locations, WGC, Hatfield, Potters Bar, Borehamwood? If so then you reside in our geographic region.
2) Please confirm you do not require a Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) or Swap? Our office is currently not licenced.
3) Please confirm you have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle you can use for work.
We are looking for additional people to join our team of care professionals, we are happy to consider people who currently work in the adult care sector, and also those with no previous experience, but have a desire to become involved with the care of the elderly in their community.
We are particularly interested in hearing from older workers, who are looking to reduce their current working hours, or those who have retired but are looking to increase their earning potential. If you have previously brought up families, or have cared for aging parents then you have the exact skills we are seeking.
Benefits:
* Great pay rates, that are increasing on the 1st April 2026.
* Payment when travelling between clients.
* Uplifted payments when working evening or weekend hours.
* Fully paid when undergoing all training with our Award Winning trainers.
* Car travel expenses per mile travelled.
* Pension and holiday pay.
* Visits of minimum of 1-hour per client.
* Mentoring and supported throughout your career.
* Lot's more benefits.
