Summary

Get ready for a fast-paced and dynamic summer! Our participants come from all around the world, giving you the chance to work with exceptional young people and make a meaningful impact in their lives.

You’ll rotate between day and night shifts, with a balanced mix of responsibilities in both roles.

Previous experience in pastoral or residential settings, particularly with young people, is highly desirable. However, full training will be provided. What’s most important is your eagerness to learn, passion for helping young people achieve their potential, and readiness to work in outdoor environments, which can sometimes be physically demanding. Your role will be essential in creating a supportive household community.

During your time off, you’ll have access to college facilities, including the pool and gym, at scheduled times and in line with our policies and procedures.

Dates of work will be:

13th July - 15th August 2026 inclusive
