Join the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) and play a key role in shaping the future of UK maritime training and certification. Working within UK Customer Maritime Services, you will support the Head of Seafarer Standards, Growth and Innovation to develop and modernise policy, regulation, and quality assurance. This role drives innovation, engages strategically with industry stakeholders, and supports national priorities by boosting economic growth, enhancing technical expertise, and helping build a skilled, future‑ready seafarer workforce.
