Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 & Level 3)
Part-Time | Term Time or All Year | Early, Middle & Late Shifts
At Tree Tots, we believe childhood should feel calm, magical and deeply cared for.
We are looking to expand our team with exceptional practitioners - individuals who don’t just “work in childcare”, but who truly believe in the importance of the early years.
This is a setting for professionals who are thoughtful, reflective and passionate about creating beautiful childhood experiences.
Who We’re Looking For
You will hold a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification and demonstrate a secure understanding of the EYFS. Beyond qualifications, we are seeking practitioners who bring warmth, integrity and a genuine commitment to high-quality early education.
You are:
Warm, emotionally attuned and nurturing
Calm and unhurried in your interactions
Passionate about child-led learning
Committed to safeguarding and high standards
Reflective and eager to grow professionally
Someone who believes the first five years truly matter
We want practitioners who choose early years intentionally — because they care deeply about shaping strong foundations for life.
✨ What You’ll Find Here
A supportive, values-led leadership team
A thoughtful induction process
Ongoing professional development
A team culture rooted in respect and collaboration
A setting that prioritises quality, not chaos!

We take great care in choosing the right people for our children and our team.
Our recruitment journey includes:
A face-to-face professional meeting
An EYFS knowledge discussion
A short observation session with children
Two professional references
