Summary
We are looking for multi-trade builders to work as part of our maintenance team, working for housing associations and private landlords. Your role will comprise of completing simple day to day repairs to complete renovations. These repairs and renovations can take place in both occupied and vacant properties, therefore good 'people' and communication skills are a must have for the successful applicant.
You will need to be able to work as part of a team, but also be confident to work under own initiative and make decisions. Excellent time management is essential for this role as the successful applicant will be required to manage their own time effectively.
A full driving licence must be held by all applicants.
Rate of pay will be discussed during interview and will largely be based on experience
Immediate starts are available for suitable applicants
