Summary

Position: Clinic Manager
Location: Kings Norton
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead the Kings Norton Dialysis Unit. This is a leadership role where you will drive operational excellence, inspire a dedicated team, and ensure exceptional patient care. You will oversee daily clinic operations, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver innovative, patient-centered solutions that elevate clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the daily operations of the dialysis unit with a strong focus on patient care and clinic efficiency.
- Develop and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Ensure the highest level of patient care by addressing patient concerns with compassion and providing exceptional services.
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication.
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Manage clinic resources, budgets, and supplies efficiently without compromising on quality.
- Participate in the Clinic Manager Development Programme for ongoing personal and professional growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Registered Nurse (NMC) qualification.
- Experience in a managerial role within a dialysis setting, ideally with CQC registration experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its relevance to healthcare settings.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building trust and rapport with both patients and staff.
- Passion for improving patient care and clinical outcomes.
