Where will you be working?
At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.

You’ll be joining our Street Lighting Team in Enfield! As a major supplier of specialist highway electrical services, our streetlighting teams maintain and design over 350,000 street lighting assets.
What you'll be doing:

- To be accountable for supervising the site teams to deliver their job purpose and to monitor their performance
- Adhere to established systems to ensure conformity to appropriate standards
- Ensure effective supervision of sub-contractors and suppliers in conjunction with our compliance team.
- Monitor programmes in terms of time, cost, safety, quality programme.
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of street lighting furniture, lighting columns, signs, and associated equipment.
- Ensure the collation & accurate completion of documentation on both electronic devices or paperwork and job sheets including other relevant documentation.
- Ensure that all site work complies with specification and Quality requirements
- Manage resource on a day basis around holiday, sickness, performance.
- To supervise a site delivery staff ensuring all training, development and HR issues are dealt with accordingly
- To ensure that all company safety policies, procedures, and instructions are adhered to and that all the necessary records and checks are maintained.
- To ensure that all works are adequately protected and the safety of the workforce, public and vehicles are always maintained.
- Varied works area so travel is required.

- Hold SSSTS
- Strong civils AND electrical knowledge - Essential
