- Collaborate with site teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and measurements.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in setting out, preferably in demolition, piling, or RC frame works.
- Willingness to undergo training for RC frame works if required.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site management.
- Proficiency in using setting out instruments and equipment.
- Valid CSCS Card is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Day-to-Day
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure instruments are running smoothly.
- Set out and mark construction sites according to project plans.
- Monitor and verify the accuracy of work completed on-site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to setting out equipment.
- Liaise with site personnel to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
