Downfield Primary offers an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and dynamic staff. Downfield is an established 2 form entry primary school in Cheshunt which was recently recognised by Ofsted as GOOD in all areas. The school’s rich diversity of pupils from different backgrounds has created a strong ethos of community where equality of opportunity and inclusion underpin our work. Staff are committed to providing the very best learning experiences for the children and the school has established a personalised curriculum to meet their learning needs.
We are looking for a creative and energetic teacher who will take responsibility for a KS2 class and who has high expectations for all pupils and SEND. The successful candidate will be a motivated team player with a desire to support us in continuing to provide excellent provision for our pupils. There is an opportunity for subject leadership. A strong commitment to raising standards is essential.
