clear understanding of assessing pupil's progress
comprehensive understanding of the needs of pupils with SEND needs within the mainstream classroom
excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues
ability to build effective relationships with adults and children
Work as part of an effective team with humour and dedication
good organisation skills
