Including supply, bespoke installations, switchgear integration, exhaust and ventilation systems, changeover panels, and ongoing maintenance and repair services to ensure reliability, uptime, and compliancy.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Supply Manager to lead our sales operations at GES Power Ltd. In this individual role, you will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the sales office and drive revenue growth by promoting our diesel generator products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the industrial or engineering sector, with a focus on building client relationships and achieving targets in a B2B & B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise daily sales office operations, including workflow, resource allocation, and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target industrial, commercial, and critical sector clients, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals for standby/prime power solutions.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and oversee the sales pipeline from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyse performance data, and report on key indicators such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to senior management.
- Collaborate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of bespoke solutions, including switchgear, exhaust systems, and changeover panels.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies, while fostering a customer-focused culture in the sales office.
- Identify market trends in the power generation sector and recommend improvements to sales processes or product offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in sales management, preferably in the industrial equipment, engineering, or energy sectors; knowledge of diesel generators or power systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with B2B & B2C clients.
- Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office and website product CRM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or site visits.
