Summary
Bubbly outgoing personality: A must-have for providing excellent guest services and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Experience is preferred but not essential, a positive and teachable attitude is more important.
The role requires you to be "reasonably fit" for tasks such as setting up rooms,moving furniture, stocking the bar, and collecting glasses.
Own transport: Shifts can end as late as 1 AM, so reliable personal transportation is required.
Weekly hours will vary between 1 and 16 hours.
You must be willing to work mainly evenings and weekends, as well as some Sundays and bank holidays.
You will be expected to work over the Christmas and New Year period.
Finish times can be as late as 1 AM.
Key responsibilities
Serve beverages to customers in a timely and friendly manner.
Handle cash and reconcile the till.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Prepare and mix drinks according to Service Standards.
Address customer inquiries and concerns to provide excellent service.
Uphold high hospitality standards to enhance the overall guest experience.
Perform tasks related to stocking the bar and collecting glasses.
Carry out other tasks like setting up rooms.
Refrences are essential and will be requested after interview.
