Summary

Overview
Our client is seeking an Accounts & Client Administrator to support its finance and customer operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and solid experience using Xero.


Key Responsibilities

  • Bank reconciliation and cashflow processing in Xero
  • Processing third‑party payments, remittances and reimbursements
  • Preparing and issuing invoices and payment reports
  • Managing purchase orders and supplier payments
  • Handling customer queries and account administration
  • Supporting customer onboarding and offboarding processes
  • General administrative support, including occasional call handling

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping or a finance support role
  • Strong proficiency in Xero
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook

Desirable:

  • Experience in a technology, SaaS or service‑based environment
  • Familiarity with Stripe or similar payment platforms
  • Understanding of DVLA or fuel/fleet industry processes
