The Priory Learning Trust are looking to recruit 2 Lunchtime Supervisors to work at our West Huntspill Primary School.
The role will include serving lunches and providing supervision in the school hall during lunch time, encouraging positive social skills and good manners. We are a small, friendly village school dedicated to improving outcomes for all children and providing first-class pastoral and educational support for all. We are looking for an empathetic, compassionate and motivated member of staff who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and equal opportunities for all. As part of this role, you will:
Support children in unstructured times, providing encouragement, support, advice and guidance.
Help develop positive behaviours, working collaboratively with the existing lunchtime team and support staff.
Setting up and clearing away the lunch hall ready for daily use.
The successful candidates will have:
Experience of working within a school is ideal but not essential.
Ability to adhere to working procedures and policies within the school environment.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, patient, motivated , flexible and adaptable.
