Pay Scale: Grade 8 (point 20-24) £32,597 - £35,412 (Pro rata £28,037 - £30,459)This is a Permanent full time post working 37 hours per week, on a Term Time only plus INSET days basis, starting as soon as possible.We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisor to play a key role in maintaining high‑quality learning across Winterbourne Academy. You will supervise classes during the planned absence of teaching colleagues, ensuring that students remain engaged, focused and supported in their learning. The role requires confidence, resilience and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of students in varied classroom situations. You will also contribute to the wider life of the Academy, working closely with teaching staff and support teams to uphold our high expectations and strong culture of learning. A comprehensive induction will be provided, along with ongoing support and training. Qualified Teacher Status is not required for this role, although applicants who hold QTS are very welcome to apply.Our Philosophy as an Employer
