About the Role
The Head of Accommodation Revenue is responsible for the execution and continuous evolution of Forge Holiday Group’s accommodation revenue strategy across all consumer brands.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, you will translate long-term strategic intent into high-impact trading outcomes, while contributing insight and recommendations that shape the future direction of group revenue management capability.
Operating above divisional revenue management, you will lead the Accommodation Trading team through influence in a matrix structure - balancing short-term trading optimisation with long-term system and capability transformation.
You will work closely with the Head of Ancillary Revenue to ensure accommodation pricing and ancillary monetisation strategies are aligned, complementary and jointly optimised.
This is a pivotal leadership role for a commercially driven, strategically minded revenue expert who thrives on both performance and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Group Revenue Strategy
Deliver the execution of the group’s accommodation revenue strategy
Translate long-term direction into clear trading priorities and outcomes
Identify structural revenue levers across pricing, availability, length-of-stay, distribution and owner economics
Convert strategy into measurable performance improvements across brands
Lead Group Accommodation Trading
Own trading performance, driving yield, occupancy and profitability
Embed robust forecasting, budgeting and performance frameworks
Lead cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance
Balance short-term optimisation with longer-term strategic initiatives
Build Future Revenue Capability
Lead the design and implementation of a next-generation ML-driven revenue management system
Unlock automation, pricing sophistication and scalable decision-making
Reduce manual intervention through intelligent tooling and exception-based workflows
Embed AI-optimised processes to drive productivity and service excellence
Build and Develop a High-Performing Team
Develop future revenue leaders
Embed best practice and scalable operating standards
Set clear performance expectations and succession pathways
Influence and Partner
Align accommodation and ancillary revenue strategies
Provide clear, commercially grounded recommendations to senior leadership
Influence Executive-level decision-making
Essential Experience
Senior revenue leadership experience within travel, hospitality or holiday letting
Proven track record of delivering sustained multi-year revenue growth
Experience leading revenue system transformation or large-scale optimisation programmes
Expertise in pricing science, forecasting and demand elasticity
Strong commercial acumen with P&L or margin focus
Proven ability to lead through influence in complex, multi-brand environments
