Summary
As the Practice Manager, you will be required to provide the following: - Operational Managment - Oversee Daily running of the practices to ensure a smooth, effective service delivery. Staff Leadership and HR Management - Lead supervise and support the team, manage HR task such as recruitment, training, appraisals and performance management. Finance and Business Management - Oversee payroll, supplier contracts and procurement. Identify business opportunities to help the business grow. Patient Services and Experience - promote high standards of patient care and customer service. Handle complaints feedback and significant events review. Compliance, Governance and Risk Management - Maintain CQC compliance documentation and readiness for insepctions. Digital and IT Management - Oversee clinical systems (EMIS), Lead on digital transofrmations, online services and telephony improvements. PCN and Stakeholder Engagement -Act as a liaison for the PCN, ICB, NHS England and the wider network. Support PCN and collaborative projects. Attend meetings and represent the practice professionally.
