Summary

You will need to have a clarity of professional identity and also be comfortable working with a degree with uncertainty as new services are tested and developed. You will not be alone and professional support will be available from Somerset OTs through individual, peer network and a community of practice. These roles will be instrumental in supporting the establishment and delivery of Occupational Therapy services across Somerset that respond to local population needs. The post-holder will be required to establish and maintain key relationships with the local neighbourhood services and across the PCN Multi- Disciplinary Team.
