Chesser Surgery is seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team and deliver high-quality patient care. This is a part-time role (16 hours per week, Monday-Friday). We are ideally looking for a qualified General Practice Nurse, The role involves a wide range of clinical responsibilities, including patient assessments, care planning, treatment room duties, and the delivery of Chronic Disease Management (CDM) clinics. You will also undertake specific tasks such as travel health consultations, cervical smear tests, childhood immunisations, wound care, venepuncture, and routine health checks. Working closely with GPs, fellow nurses, and the wider healthcare team, you will play a key role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will maintain accurate patient records, provide health education and counselling, and keep up to date with current clinical guidelines and best practice.
