Summary

The successful post holder should be an excellent communicator with all stakeholders and a must for this role is positivity and the ability to be proactive .The successful candidate should be proficient in completing EHCP,s and treatment escalation plans. The ANP will be an active part of the ward Huddle ensuring plans are in place for each patient. You will also be an integral part of the Medical ward rounds.
