Summary
Main Duties cont: To ensure the process for completing DBS documentation for all our volunteers The post holder will require persuasive and motivational skills to encourage and support participation in volunteering; they will receive complex and sensitive information with varying degree of complexity that maybe confidential and require a high level of tact and discretion. Provide regular reports on activity and progress to the Voluntary Services Manager. Place volunteers into new and established Trust wide projects balancing the skills motivation and availability of the volunteer with the needs of the service.
