Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Integrated Access and Referral Team for a permanent Social Worker. I-Art is the first point of contact for the public and professionals who wish to make a referral in relation to children and their families.
The role of a Social Worker in i-Art is to ensure appropriate information is gathered on any referrals made into the team and from the information gathered, ensure appropriate application of threshold, from continuum of need.
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Social Worker for I-Art on a permanent basis.
