Summary

We are currently recruiting Hostel Support Workers to support residents with complex needs across two hostel sites in Lambeth (10 minutes apart).

Hostel Support Worker - Brixton / Lambeth
Duration: Minimum 2 months+ | Immediate start

Shifts:
Early: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Late: 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Pay:
£15.00 per hour + holiday pay (PAYE)
£19.00 per hour (Umbrella)

The Role:

• Managing a caseload of 5-10 clients

• Supporting individuals with substance misuse, mental health, and criminal justice needs

• Delivering person-centred support and key-working sessions

• Liaising with external agencies and signposting to relevant services

• Supporting a mixed-gender service, including residents with dogs

Requirements:

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs

• Strong communication skills

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
