39-60hrs per week (4 on, 4 off day & night shifts)

We are looking for a MECHANICAL FITTER to join our client on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be carrying out all kinds of assembly and repair work for clients.
The successful candidate will need to be able to travel to customer sites in and around Bridgwater.
Main Responsibilities:
• Carrying out maintenance, shutdowns, installations and machine upgrades
• Completing PPM work and responding to mechanical faults
• Stripping equipment, diagnosing issues and completing repairs
What we need from you:
• CV showing at least 2 years of mechanical fitting experience
• Formal engineering qualification
• Strong fault-finding skills and hands on mechanical ability
• Some welding / fabricating experience would be an advantage
