We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established agricultural business based near Evesham who are gearing up for a busy growing season. They’re looking for an experienced Tractor Driver / Field Operative to join the team — with genuine long-term prospects for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Tractor driving and harvest haulage
• Supporting field cultivation activities
• Assisting with fresh produce processing
• Carrying out a range of practical, hands-on farm duties

This is a varied role where no two days look exactly the same — perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors and getting stuck into all aspects of farm operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven tractor driving experience
• Category F licence (essential)
• Experience in cultivation and/or produce processing
• A flexible, reliable approach to work
• Strong work ethic and good communication skills
