Position: Yard Operative - Driver
Location: Stallingborough
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, between 6am - 6pm
Pay: From £12.41 to £32.27 per hour
Are you a reliable and experienced driver? GI Group is hiring Yard Operatives for an ongoing, full-time role with a leading client in Stallingborough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely move vehicles within the yard and between sites
- Training will be provided for the use of Handheld Terminal Scanners
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before any vehicle movement for damage
- Accurately report findings to the shift leader
- Regularly get in and out of vehicles (role is physically demanding)
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Maximum of 3 points on licence (subject to endorsement code)
- Aged 22 or over (Insurance requirement)
- Good attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Reliability and strong work ethic
