Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Customer Support / Resourcing Coordinator to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
The main function of the Customer Support / Resourcing Coordinator will be to work closely with our National Accounts and Central Resourcing Teams to support customers with any queries whilst resourcing for job vacancies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, assisting with any vacancies and customer queries.
- Communicate with our branch network and assisting with any client queries they may have.
- Resource for vacancies across the Industrial, Transport and Commercial markets.
- Creating and advertise job vacancies.
- Manage job applications and screen candidates for potential vacancies.
- Manage candidate onboarding, ensuring this is done in line with company policy.
- Completing internal compliance checks, ensuring these are being do in line with company policy.
- Updating internal CRM systems.
- Some general administration tasks will be involved.
- Some sales related tasks may be involved.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing for vacancies within the Industrial, Transport or Commercial sectors is desirable.
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Organised and able to plan and prioritize own workload.
- Must have own transport due to location
