Role Overview
  We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our customers vibrant respite centre in central Oxford, providing exceptional support to children and young people with complex needs and learning differences. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in leading the team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support that meets the unique needs of our service users. The respite centre offers a welcoming and inclusive environment, and we are looking for a compassionate and skilled leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  As a Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include leading and supervising a team of support workers, developing and implementing individualised support plans, managing rotas and staffing levels, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our service users. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with families and external agencies, and contributing to the ongoing development of our respite centre.

Required Skills & Experience
  To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working with children and young people with complex needs and learning differences, as well as experience of leading and managing a team. You will need to be confident, approachable, and able to work flexibly as part of a shift rotation, including alternate weekends. A relevant qualification in health and social care, such as a Level 3 Diploma or equivalent, would be desirable.
