Summary
Gwendolen House Nursery School is a private nursery setting rated as Outstanding, offering part-time and full-time care and education for children aged between six months and five years old.
We are recruiting qualified and experienced practitioners who are ready to bring their skills, creativity, and warmth to our wonderful team. -Provide high-quality care and education aligned with the EYFS and Birth to Five Matters Frameworks;
-Create a safe, stimulating space where children feel happy, confident, and supported;
-Build strong relationships with children, families, and your fellow team members;
-Bring creativity, warmth, and demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to everyday tasks;
About You
-Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification
-Passionate about early childhood education and nurturing young minds
-Positive and enthusiastic, with a naturally warm and friendly presence
-Hardworking and proactive, with a can-do attitude and strong initiative
-Flexible and adaptable, able to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
-Creative and playful, with the confidence to think outside the box and make learning fun
-Collaborative, enjoying being part of a close-knit team
-Self-aware and growth-oriented, open to feedback and eager to keep learning
-Knowledgeable about the EYFS and Birth to Five Matters (BTM) framework
-Confident in supporting behaviour and encouraging emotional development
