Summary

We have an opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Newbury.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract role where you'll be working 37 hours a week with a mix of home and office working.

The starting salary is £26,000 - £28,000 per year depending on experience.

The Role:

As a Customer Support Advisor in our Customer Management Centre you'll be speaking with our vulnerable customers, to find out their change of service needs and how we can better support our vulnerable customers. Working alongside our Housing Admin team to resolve tasks in a timely and efficient way, collaborating with colleagues across the business to meet SNGs values.

This is a varied and busy role where you will be delivering the best possible outcome for our customers.

Great customer service and the ability to actively listen
Great telephone skills & strong communication skills
We need you to have good computer skills as we use multiple systems
The ability to turn a problem into a solution
Empathy and a passion for helping vulnerable people
The ability to connect and communicate with colleagues across the business
