Summary
Key roles and responsibilities Providing comprehensive project management support and senior administrative assistance. Preparation of programme and project documentation, including project plans, project initiation documents, quality impact assessments, progress tracking and update reports. Organising meetings, events, training, and workshops related to the sustainability programme. Producing reports and monitoring progress against key milestones. Working to build and sustain effective partnerships and relationships with a range of internal and external groups and organisations. Coordinating and maintaining core documentation, information, and reporting for the sustainability programme. Engaging with programme workstream leads to collate papers for sustainability board meetings.
